Seems it's still possible for me to write two consecutive filks in two consecutive days. Heheheh. I didn't believe I could do that again! And just when my world almost came crashing down on me again too... Like Ian said, I guess writing always helps.... (I love smileys. Don't you? LOL.)

ONWARD TO ISENGARD
Sung to the tune of "The Little Drummer Boy"

Setting: Treebeard meets the Hobbits, Merry and Pippin, in Fangorn Forest and after hearing their tale, calls all the Ents to a Moot and declares war on Isengard....

Author's Note: This is my first crack at an LOTR-themed parody. And since I've been reading Christmas song lyrics, I thought my filks for this season should be Christmas-themed too. :) When I heard "The Little Drummer Boy" again, I thought the "pa rum pum pum pum" was somehow like the sound the Ents made according to the book, and I couldn't forget Treebeard in the movie.... thus, my first-ever LOTR parody was written. :) I found it fitting that it is about Ents too, since they are one of my favorite characters in the Trilogy. :)

This filk is dedicated to all the folks at The Philippine Tolkien Society who love to have some LOTR fun. :)
